The County of Hawaii learned a great deal while developing Community
Development Plans (CDPs) for Kona, Puna, and North and South Kohala, but the
County recognizes that its learning is incomplete without the perspective of
the residents who were involved. 

Please help the County of Hawaii prepare for CDP implementation and to
improve future CDPs by taking a short online survey:

The survey can be completed in 10-20 minutes and will only be available
until August 24, so please complete it today.

Please also encourage other community members to complete the survey.  The
more feedback the County gets, the more it can do to improve its work with
