PCDP Appendix Technical Documents

Contains the Technical Document section of the Appendix to the Puna CDP, which includes interviews and reports with various County and State agencies and the thematic Working Papers produced by PlanPacific, Inc.

PCDP Appendix PB Americas Documents

Documents submitted to PlanPacific, Inc. by PB Americas related to their engagement in the transportation element of the Puna CDP. These include: Responses to Questions from Steering Committee, Existing Recommendations, Vehicle Counts-North of Shower Dr. & South of Ainaloa, Turning Movements-Kamehameha School, Level of Service (LOS) Summary-with and without signalization, HPP Traffic Counts, SSFM Turning Movement Counts, Maps (Roadway Recommendations, PMAR, Emergency Routes, Hierarchy), Trip Notes/Observations, Meeting Notes, and Woonerf Write-Up.
