Community Liaisons

Community Liaisons coordinate talk story meetings, assist with meeting logistics, and assist with community communications. The following Community Liaisons have been contracted:

Hawaii County Resource Center (HCRC) Specialist: Frecia Basilio (961-8085)

The Hawaii County Resource Center is a program of the County Department of Research and Development. Working closely with Community Liaisons, Frecia coordinates community involvement and communication activities.

Hawaii County Resource Center (HCRC) Specialist: Laverne Omori (327-3665)

From the HCRC's Kona office, Laverne supports Frecia as needed.
