This folder contains information and links related to the State of Hawaii's Department of Transportation Keaau-Pahoa Road (Hwy 130) Improvment Project.

Kea'au-Pahoa Road (Hwy 130) Shoulder Lane Conversion Project

This folder contains documents related to the Kea'au-Pahoa Road Shoulder Lane Conversion Project, between the Kea'au Bypass Road and Shower Drive. The improvements will convert the existing northbound temporary AM lane to a permanent lane and construct a southbound temporary PM lane. Other improvements include the widening of Waipahoehoe Bridge and the instillation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Kea'au-Pahoa Hwy and Shower Drive.

Dec 14, 2009, State Department of Transportation Notice of Solicitation of Comments on the proposed STIP Revision #11, Fiscal Year 2008 to 2011 (+2). Comments accepted until Jan 15, 2010. The STIP document identifies projects that are to be programmed for Federal Highway or Transit funding.
