Basic Facilitation Training Part II (Aupuni Center Conference Room, Hilo, from 07-19-2008, 09:00 AM to 07-19-2008, 04:00 PM)

This workshop allows participants to practice the facilitation tools learned in Part I, prepare for a real life meeting, and receive coaching to further develop skills.

Special Hearing by the County Council Committee on Planning regarding the Puna CDP (333 Kilauea Avenue, 2nd Floor, Hilo, from 07-30-2008, 08:30 AM to 07-30-2008, 04:00 PM)

The County Council Committee on Planning has scheduled a special hearing to consider the Draft Puna CDP and the various amendments introduced by the Planning Director, the Planning Commission and Council Members. The public will be afforded an opportunity to testify on the PCDP and the amendments introduced and published prior to the meeting. The proposed amendments are listed below in the Related Items box as "Planning Director's Letter to the Hawai`i County Council's Committee on Planning," "Village/Town Center Map Amendments to the Puna CDP from the Planning Director to the County Council Committee on Planning" and "Amendments to the Puna CDP Introduced by Council Member Emily Naeole."
