Department of Research and Development Supplemental Funding Awards for 2008-2009

The Department of Research and Development is soliciting proposals for new and enhanced projects that demonstrate principles of sustainability, i.e. projects that present a balance in meeting the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations and improve the quality of life for the people of Hawai`i County through responsible and sustainable economic, societal and environmental practices in agriculture, tourism, new industry development, energy and film resources.
