- Register for a CERT training in your area! Complete this form and email it to: fbasilio@co.hawaii.hi.us. Please include the dates and location of the training of your choice (refer to the training schedule).
- CERT Application Template
- CERT trained individuals may choose to form a Team within their neighborhood. This template may be completed by the Team members and submitted to the Hawaii County Resource Center. Once this is received, the program guidelines require that criminal back ground checks be conducted on all members.
