Ho`owaiwai – Ohana Economics: An Asset Policy Roadmap and Framework for Hawai`i County is designed to guide the County of Hawai`i as it partners with families and communities to act on asset policy strategies that help increase the self sufficiency and well being of all Hawai`i island families. The Hawai’i Alliance for Community Based Economic Development and County of Hawai`i Department of Research & Development’s Hawai`i County Resource Center provides overall coordination for this initiative.
